Terms & Conditions
Please read this brief guide. Confirmation of a booking by the Client is deemed acceptance of these terms.
All published rates are quoted in Euro and include VAT (and local taxes) at the current rate. They include daily cleaning and change of linen. This is a self-catered accommodation. All necessary equipment for the preparation of breakfast and other meals is included in the rooms’ kitchenette and the main shared kitchen of the house.
You can choose to book either a separate room and possibly share any of the common areas with other potential guests or book the whole guesthouse for yourself.
We accept the following payment methods.
- Payment by major credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express are accepted). In this case, the full amount shall be charged upon booking confirmation subject to refund in case of cancellation, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Payment by bank deposit. Guest will be required to make a bank transfer or deposit equal to 50% of the total price to complete booking confirmation and settle the remaining amount at any time prior to arrival. The said deposit is subject to refund as per our cancellation policy.
Cancellations, Amendments & Non-Arrivals
Cancellations: More than 5 days before arrival – No Fee; Full refund of any payments and deposits already made
Less than 5 days before arrival, – 50% of the total booking will be charged;
Non-Arrival - 100% of the total booking or deposit will be forfeited;
Amendments: To amend your booking please contact use by email or telephone. Cancellation charges apply as per above.
Arrivals & Departures
Guests remaining in the room after 12:00 will be charged 50% of the daily room rate
Guests remaining in the room after 14:00 will be charged 100% of the daily room rate.
Minimum Letting Period & Discounts
Separate Rooms: For weekly rates (-10%), minimum stay is one (1) week. For daily rates, minimum stay is two (2) nights, unless specified otherwise.
Whole Guesthouse: : For weekly rates (-10%), minimum stay is one (1) week. For daily rates, minimum stay is five (5) nights, unless specified otherwise.
Pets are accepted solely at the discretion of the Hotel. If you wish to travel with your pet, please check in advance with the hotel. The Client is responsible for controlling the pet and will be liable for any damage, soilage or injury however caused by the pet.
Other than for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Guesthouse, the Guesthouse’s liability to the Client is limited to the price of the booking.
Unless the Guesthouse is liable under the above clause, the Client indemnifies the Hotel from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from the booking, event or function, the Client, guests or any outside contractors of the Client.
The Guesthouse will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control.
The Guesthouse does not accept responsibility whatsoever for damage to, or theft from, or theft of, vehicles parked on the hotel premises.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the Clients, their guests or sub-contractors and will pay to the Guesthouse on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
The information provided by the Client may be processed by the Guesthouse for administration purposes. By confirming the booking, the Client consents to this processing of the information.
